You choose when to work
You're on shift only when you're logged into the app. When you're off, we don't call. When you're on, you'll see jobs in your area — decline the ones that don't fit, no penalty.
Completion bonuses
Earn a bonus for every completed service on top of your hourly and per-job pay. The more you finish, the more you make.

We handle marketing, booking, dispatch, and payments. You just show up and do the work.
Uniform + tech kit provided
We ship you the branded uniform, cap, and the high-cost tools (jack, torque wrench, OBD2 tablet, oil extractor). You'll cover a short list of smaller items — reimbursed after 30 days.

Once you're hired, you're on the schedule — log into the app when you want to work, and you'll see jobs in your service area.
What you need to apply
- 18 years or older with a valid Florida driver's license
- Reliable personal work vehicle with active auto insurance
- Clean driving record and background check (we run both)
- US work authorization (citizen, permanent resident, or work-authorized)
- Comfortable working outdoors at customer homes and offices
- Honesty, punctuality, and respect for customer property
Servicemen on getoilflow are W-2 employees of Oil Flow LLC. We withhold payroll taxes, cover workers' compensation, and provide the branded uniform and high-value tools you'll use on the job.
